Job Responsibilities:
As a Care Specialist – Customer Support (Hybrid), you will be responsible for:
- Conducting family interviews to assess and understand care needs, schedules, and job requirements
- Providing education and guidance related to the caregiving industry and best practices
- Composing and publishing job posts on the employer's platform to attract qualified candidates
