  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent details and correcting errors
  • Organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering and updating information into relevant databases
  • Ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval
  • Handling additional duties from time to time, as required

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Proficient touch typing skills and ability to concentrate for lengthy periods
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders
