Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our health care services. Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • At least one year of customer service experience (minimum)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to navigate complex customer interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving

* Associate or Bachelor's degree (desired)
