Job Summary

As a Social Media Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing the Disney experience for our customers across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about Disney offerings while maintaining the company's high standards of service. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a love for Disney.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and respond to customer queries on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to provide updates on customer issues or inquiries
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Provide insights and feedback on social media strategies based on customer interactions
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for team improvement
  • Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with interaction notes
  • Personalize responses based on customer history
  • Support marketing campaigns by sharing engaging content
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries to help inform our social media strategy

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus

  • Proven experience in customer service or social media management is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics
