Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering data into computer systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Verifying and reviewing data for errors or discrepancies, and taking corrective action as needed
  • Maintaining data accuracy and completeness, and ensuring data is up-to-date and accessible
  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry, and collecting and inputting data from various sources
  • Communicating with other team members to ensure accuracy and safety of data collected, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Ensuring the safety and security of all data, and maintaining confidentiality as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good typing and data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer systems and databases
  • Reliable and fast internet connectivity, with a stable and secure connection
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
