Experienced Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist – Facebook & Google Ads Management, Customer Support, and General Virtual Assistant to CEO – Full Time Remote Position

This will include communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, as well as providing exceptional customer support and general virtual assistance to our CEO. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple projects and tasks, with a focus on Facebook Ads
• Communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
• Providing exceptional customer support and resolving client queries in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinating tasks and projects with other team members, as needed
• Assisting the CEO with administrative tasks and projects, as required
• Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely
• Facebook Ads experience, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns
• Google Ads experience, with a strong understanding of AdWords and Shopping campaigns
• Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power
• Graphic design skills, with experience using Canva or similar platforms
• Knowledge of or experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research (although not essential, these skills will be a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, we'd love to see:

• Google Certification in AdWords and Shopping campaigns
• Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research
• Knowledge of or experience with SEO blogging and content creation

Percentage Breakdown of Tasks

As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, you can expect to spend:

• 45% of your time on Facebook Ads setup and strategy
• 10% of your time on Google Ads setup and optimization
• 10% of your time responding to customer queries via Basecamp
• 10% of your time on graphic design
• 10% of your time on general admin tasks
• 5% of your time on report preparation
• 5% of your time on SEO blog proofreading and editing
• 5% of your time on lead generation and follow-up
