Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting our teams in resolving operational business challenges by utilizing data and information
  • Working with avionics experts to develop and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Analyzing data and identifying trends to inform business decisions and improve operational performance
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Research, Finance, Modern Design, Aviation Administration, or a related field

  • Availability to work for three consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
  • Enrollment with an educational institution throughout the term of the center program
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Be at least 18 years old and have approval to work in the US

What Will Give You an Edge:

* Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with carrier tasks, booking, and scheduling
  • History of leadership roles, including student and community associations
  • Passion for a future career in the aviation industry and serving Delta's clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
