Job Overview

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients during overnight hours, including weekends and holidays. Your primary focus will be on handling lost/stolen customer service inquiries, filing disputes, and providing empathetic support to customers who have experienced potential bank account fraud. You will work remotely from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology and equipment to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to lost/stolen accounts and potential bank account fraud
  • File disputes and shut down debit cards for safety when necessary
  • Provide empathetic and professional support to customers, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations
  • Work independently in a remote environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Utilize our technology and equipment to deliver exceptional customer service, including our remote queue connection system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associate's Degree preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Background check required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use a wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (no WiFi)
  • Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone
  • Either smartphone or landline phone used for remote queue connection
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, meeting productivity and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer service, collections, telemarketing, or sales
  • Experience working in a remote call center environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
