Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
• Resolving technical issues and answering customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and other devices
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
• Offering additional products and services to customers
• Providing expert customer experiences with a smile

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Fluency in both French and English
• 1+ year of experience in customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
• Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Master of multi-tasking
• Desire to learn new technologies
• A computer (laptop or desktop) for testing on PC and Internet
• High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience in a similar customer service role
• Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management
• Familiarity with our clients' products and services
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
