Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement effective financial plans, train new hires, and ensure seamless onboarding and retention processes. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service and financial planning, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct calls with representatives to expand the reach of the company

  • Conduct appointments with potential clients (we work around your schedule)
  • Become fluent in financial products (required to obtain financial licenses: Life and Series 6, option to obtain: Series 26, 63, 65)
  • Train and onboard new hires
  • Develop new hires into key team members
  • Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective financial plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

* Relevant work experience in customer service or financial planning

  • Financial licenses (Life, Series 6, 26, 63, 65)
