Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Planning and examining pay and financial records, combined statements, and other accounting reports and documents
  • Auditing and checking the accuracy of journal entries and accounting orders assigned to different accounts
  • Applying sound accounting standards and creating or suggesting accounting techniques and systems
  • Educating or allocating work to accountants, accounting agents, and other partners to participate in daily accounting exercises
  • Arranging accounting matters with different departments, areas, and divisions
  • Participating in financial reporting

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and balance high-priority responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

While the following qualifications are not essential, they would be highly desirable:

  • Experience with accounting software such as SAP or similar systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
