Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Virtual Testing, Mechatronics Automation Leader to lead our virtual testing efforts and ensure the highest quality standards are met. As a key member of our MSP Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing simulations and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing to validate end-to-end solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages simulations and HIL to virtually validate end-to-end solutions, with real-life software
• Virtually ensures that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service and support prior to delivery
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to the product team to include hardware, software, controls and materials development teams
• Coordinates simulations and testing processes
• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
• Connects with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), reviews client, customer, and user feedback
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree (BS)
• 7+ years proven experience leading or managing large cross-functional engineering teams with modelling, simulation, testing, integration and/or quality assurance domain expertise
• Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation system, and related automation equipment
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics, and high speed manufacturing
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management
• Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully
