Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative in our Remote Customer Service Center, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with order placement, product information, account inquiries, and general inquiries
- Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and policies
