The Role
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our Transportation Fleet by analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with managers to outline and prioritize business needs
- Integrating multiple data assets across various database platforms
- Building, creating, and maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets
- Providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the H.L. Transportation Fleet by analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions
- Consult and communicate with managers to outline and prioritize business needs
- Integrate multiple data assets across various database platforms
- Build, create, and maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Data Analyst is preferred
- Previous experience with Microsoft Excel is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access is preferred
- Typing and 10-key competencies are preferred
- Must pass a Background Check
- Must pass a Drug Test
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Strong understanding of data analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Knowledge of data mining and machine learning concepts
- Certification in data analysis or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
