Job Summary
As a Customer Engagement Marketing Professional at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our customer engagement marketing strategy. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, analyze customer data, and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement. This is a remote part-time opportunity, requiring a minimum of 8 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Support the execution of our customer engagement marketing strategy, including developing and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing customer data, and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations for enhancing customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our customer engagement marketing strategy.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer engagement marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot.
- Experience with social media marketing, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer engagement marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with email marketing, including email campaign development and execution.
- Experience with content marketing, including blog writing and content creation.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce.
