Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Automotive Service Department Appointment and Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner, providing a world-class experience to our customers
- Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure that the customer experience is consistently exceptional
- Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to stay up-to-date on the latest developments
- Staying informed about marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and technical skills
- A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
- The ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently
- Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
- Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual skills are a strong plus, but not required
