What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice and expert guide for our customers, making sure they have a smooth and enjoyable journey with us. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building genuine connections with car sellers and dealers, answering their questions, and building trust
  • Finding creative solutions to challenges and using your initiative to tackle any problems that arise
  • Mastering our CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
  • Putting customers first and always championing their needs and experiences

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and has a knack for building rapport. You'll be a natural communicator, whether it's on the phone, via email, or through chat. You'll be detail-oriented and take pride in your work, and you'll thrive in a collaborative environment.

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or sales environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of used car market trends and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with AI-powered technology and data analysis

  • Final Interview (60 mins): Meet the team, get a feel for the role, and participate in a skills-based assessment, which may include a role-playing exercise
