Job Summary

As a part-time Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media. You will be the face of our brand, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing timely and accurate support to resolve issues and answer questions

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and pain points

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or customer experience environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer experience principles, practices, and tools
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
  • Certification in customer experience, such as Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
