Job Summary

As a Senior Director of Product Development at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading the development and launch of our AI-powered chatbot search solutions. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll be working closely with our team of experts to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the AI-powered chatbot search strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth

• Lead the development and launch of new AI-powered chatbot search solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and drive business growth
• Collaborate with our engineering team to design and develop scalable and efficient AI-powered chatbot search solutions
• Work closely with our data science team to develop and implement machine learning algorithms that drive business growth and user engagement
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive growth
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources they need to succeed

Essential Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in product development, with a focus on AI and machine learning

• Proven track record of developing and launching successful AI-powered chatbot search solutions
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams of product managers and engineers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
• Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a distributed team
