The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product and service information, as well as recommendations to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, where applicable
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with blithequark's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
