What You Will Be Doing:
As a Live Chat Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses that exceed customer expectations and foster a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
- Provide solutions to customer problems with empathy and efficiency
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Contract Length and Rate:
