Job Overview

The Customer Service Analyst will play a vital role in delivering top-notch support and training to blithequark employees and customers, ensuring an outstanding educational experience for students. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on our programs and Education Management Systems. Your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and customer-focused approach will enable you to build strong relationships with our stakeholders and drive success in our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls professionally, accurately, and efficiently, providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the Technical Enablement Support team, schools, and other corporate departments to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing
  • Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in our Education Management Systems, including Connexus, to support teachers and school staff
  • Take ownership of resolving issues, conducting research, and following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Utilize SalesForce, IssueAware tickets, and other programs to track and resolve issues, ensuring effective case management and knowledge base development
  • Participate in project planning, leading at least one project area, such as School Representatives Lead or SalesForce, to drive process improvements and innovation
  • Collaborate with the team to create and deliver customer service training reviews, meeting presentations, and other projects as defined by Leadership
  • Work flexibly, adapting to changing priorities and requirements, while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree in Education, Education Technology, or a related field, or prior experience with blithequark's supported schools or programs
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, such as Pearson Connexus or GradPoint
  • Exceptional phone manners, customer-service skills, and clear verbal and written communication
  • Effective interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and customer-focused approach
  • High degree of adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to a regular schedule, with hours from 9:00 am EST – 6:00 pm EST, following break protocols as outlined by the employee handbook
  • Technological proficiency, especially with Microsoft OS, MS Office, and Google Applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working within a blithequark-supported school or program
  • Help Desk queue agent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, with a track record of collaboration and commitment to a group-oriented approach
  • Ability to multi-task, respond to change, and prioritize tasks effectively
