The Role

As an Experienced Customer Onboarding Consultant at blithequark, you'll be part of our go-to-market team, working closely with our Customer Success and greater Go-To-Market teams to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for our customers. You'll be responsible for implementing our unique onboarding program, Fieldguide Accelerator, which is designed to maximize our customers' return on investment quickly. Your primary focus will be on building trust with customers, guiding their growth, and cultivating champions who will advocate for our platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Build trust with customers through regular engagement cadences, from sales handoff to value realization

• Guide growth by creating plans that outline customers' goals and activities needed to meet those goals
• Build champions by cultivating customer knowledge and expertise
• Advocate for customers by serving as a link between them and our Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams
• Mitigate risks by identifying potential success risks and developing decisive action plans to mitigate them
• Measure and document progress by tracking customer value realization and plotting customer progress against their adoption map

Essential Qualifications

* Deep industry knowledge and at least 2+ years of experience in audit, assurance, or advisory services, preferably with exposure to financial audit or risk advisory

• Proven experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar, at a top management consulting firm (preferred) or high-growth startup
• Project management proficiency with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers, projects, and requests with little direct oversight
• Executive presence and ability to influence change, with a demonstrated history of communicating effectively with customers and across internal teams
• Bias towards action, with a proven track record of taking ownership of projects end-to-end and seeing them through to completion with minimal direction or oversight

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with cloud-based software platforms and implementing customer onboarding programs

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, privacy, and ESG principles and their applications in the audit and advisory industry
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Experience working in a remote-first environment and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
