Experienced Account Data Analyst – Remote Customer Account Support Specialist

We're now seeking an experienced Account Data Analyst to join our dynamic team, working remotely from the comfort of your dedicated home office in the United States. As an Account Data Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales, service, and order management teams by validating and remediating requested customer information. Your attention to detail and expertise in data entry and administration will ensure accuracy in all ERP systems, including our CRM and UCM (Reltio) platform. You'll also provide first-level support to downstream users as needed, leveraging your excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various types of people.
Key Responsibilities:
• Simplify and maintain sales operations processes and policies using lean methodologies to continuously improve customer account data by remediation in UCM (Reltio) platform and downstream systems.
- Execute processes to support customer account requests within the agreed-upon support level agreement.
- Coordinate all activities related to quarter and month-end customer support.
- Act as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues & complaints arising from account requests.
- Provide expertise outside of the immediate team in the form of special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in order management, customer sales/service, data entry, or similar experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, customer service, and/or data administration roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various types of people.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong English capability in both spoken and written forms.
- Willingness to work various shifts/hours at quarter end that can include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must have a dedicated home office with high-speed internet access or, if local, be able to work from the blithequark Waukesha office.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with customer accounts and knowledge of Universal Customer Master, GL Prod, and Salesforce.com.

- A competitive salary range of $65,280.00 - $97,920.00 Annual, based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
