About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
