You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities * Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets * Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs, including product demos, trials, and implementation support * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies * Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue growth and customer acquisition goals * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers Essential Qualifications * 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of success * Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Proficiency in CRM software, including salesforce.com or similar platforms * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the industry or a related field * Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, including consultative selling and solution selling * Experience with sales automation tools, including email marketing and social media platforms * Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices * Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays Skills and Competencies * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Proficiency in CRM software, including salesforce.com or similar platforms * Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
