The Role

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience working in a remote sales environment
  • Familiarity with sales automation software and other sales technologies
  • Certification in sales or a related field (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
