Your Role
As a German Speaking Customer Sales Agent (m/f/d) - 100% Remote, you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing support for all inquiries before, during, and after the booking process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Direct interaction: Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email communication.
- Multichannel customer support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Knowledge sharing: Share knowledge of products and services to create a positive customer experience.
- Enhancement of customer satisfaction: Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional and friendly service.
- Team collaboration: Collaborate with the team to execute internal administrative tasks within the department.
Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Full proficiency in German: Fluency in German is essential for effective multilingual communication.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing and sales/service-oriented role.
