Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues, including computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and IT infrastructure
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) processes, incident management tools, and ticketing systems
  • Experience with remote monitoring tools and platforms
