Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints, answer product-related questions, and provide solutions to complex issues. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and answer questions related to our services
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Strong language skills in Spanish (native or near-native proficiency)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service role for a company that provides services to a global market

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
