Job Summary

As a Bone Health Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals who are seeking to improve their bone health. This will involve:

  • Acting as a knowledge base for customers' inquiries regarding our products and their bone health
  • Actively listening to customers and providing them with everything they need to make an informed decision about our products
  • Supporting customers through a variety of mediums, including email and phone
  • Processing orders and returns for customers
  • Helping customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans
  • Updating the records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Setting customers up for maximum success and providing them with the support and resources they need to achieve their goals

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals who are seeking to improve their bone health

  • Act as a knowledge base for customers' inquiries regarding our products and their bone health
  • Listen actively to customers and provide them with everything they need to make an informed decision about our products
  • Support customers through a variety of mediums, including email and phone
  • Process orders and returns for customers
  • Help customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans
  • Update the records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Set customers up for maximum success and provide them with the support and resources they need to achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide feedback and recommendations to management

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, services, and technologies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of bone health and wellness principles and practices
  • Experience working with customers who have complex needs or concerns
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support and guidance to colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Experience working with technology, including CRM software and other customer service tools

Work Environment

* Our Customer Success Centre is open 7 days a week until 5pm PST

  • Work schedules consist of five consecutive days and will be tailored to meet the business's needs
  • We are a flexible and adaptable team, and we are open to discussing flexible work arrangements that meet the needs of our employees
