Experienced Customer Integration Associate (Contractor) – Remote LMS Integration Support

This exciting opportunity will allow you to work remotely throughout the U.S., collaborating with high school administrators and higher education professors to integrate their course data with publisher courseware and learning management systems.

Major Responsibilities:

As a Customer Integration Associate (Contractor), you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with school administrators to set up courses in a timely and professional manner, ensuring seamless integration with publisher courseware and learning management systems.
• Facilitating virtual meetings with professors to review integrating their Achieve course with their school's learning management system, providing guidance and support to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrating outstanding attention to detail and comfort in asking clarifying questions of full-time team members to minimize data processing errors.
• Navigating among internal systems simultaneously with accuracy, including Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, and other tools.
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Required Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A meticulous and keen eye to details, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Superior organization and time management skills, allowing you to balance multiple workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Substantial computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly, including Google Sheets and other tools.
• Extraordinary customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support to clients.
• A solid understanding of Google Sheets and the ability to follow process documentation to guide customers through detailed steps.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Skills / Knowledge:

While not required, the following skills and knowledge will be beneficial in this role:

• Experience as a high school teacher or previous experience with incorporating digital education materials into a high school classroom.
• Solving puzzles and finding patterns is something you enjoy, and you're comfortable working with complex systems.
• Experience working with the Salesforce Lightning environment, Clever and/or ClassLink rostering systems, and/or Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, and/or D2L learning management systems.
• Familiarity with educational technology and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.

Education Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

Hours and Location:

* Approximately 10-20 hours per week from June - September 2024.

• Remote work arrangement, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.

Pay Rate:

* $25/hour
