Job Summary

As a Mandarin-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers across California. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
