Responsibilities
As a Chinese Customer Chat Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing chat support via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
