Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development & Support professional who can also excel in graphic design and digital marketing. As a full-time employee, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through sales, supporting our clients, creating engaging digital content, and collaborating with our team to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development & Support professional at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: ### Business Development

• Engage with leads via chat, email, phone, SMS, social media, and correctly qualify them to close sales
• Update leads in our CRM to keep the team informed about their interests
• Share opportunities for growth with team leaders
• Complete daily tasks assigned to you
• Engage in tasks assigned to you in our team boards

### Business Support

• Support our valued clients every step of the way via chat, email, phone, SMS, and social media
• Assign, update, and label support tickets correctly
• Follow standard operating procedures and encourage new opinions on how we do business

### Graphic Design and Digital Marketing

• Transform raw footage into engaging ads, adding audio voiceovers and video editing
• Manage and organize raw footage for content creation
• Learn to use AI tools like Midjourney to create real, lifelike images
• Follow guidelines and examples to craft fantastic advertisements

### Email Campaigns and Design

• Design and implement email templates for Klaviyo email campaigns
• Collaborate on creating email campaigns, ads, and social media posts

### Creating Landing Pages

• Help create landing pages using an easy drag-and-drop builder tailored to our audience
• Make small tweaks on pages to help convert visitors into customers

Tools and Technologies

You'll be using the following tools and technologies:

• Microsoft Teams & Other Microsoft/Google Products
• Click Up
• Freshsales (CRM) & Freshdesk (Help Desk)
• Intercom (Chat)
• Shopify
• Adobe Creative Cloud
• Figma

Experience and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

• More than 2 years of experience in BPO
• Proficiency with the tools (although training will be provided)
• A pleasant and people-oriented personality
• Backgrounds in sales
