Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager – EAM, you'll be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional support, guidance, and value-added services. Your primary goal will be to drive customer retention, contract renewal, and expansion by delivering outstanding results and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business value and growth for our clients

  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients, including training, onboarding, and ongoing support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our clients receive the latest and greatest solutions

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in business management, GIS, geography, or a related field

  • Solid knowledge of local or county government, including Community Development, Public Works, and Utilities in municipal and/or utility districts
  • Prior experience in GIS, Cityworks, and customer/account management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends
  • Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms a plus
