Your day-to-day responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

Essential functions:
To excel in this role, you'll need to:

- Review alternative solutions: Offer alternative solutions when products are out of stock and assist customers with placing orders.
- Successfully negotiate and appease customers: Utilize established guidelines to negotiate and resolve customer complaints.
- Check inventory, process returns, issue replacements and credits: Manage inventory, process returns, and issue replacements or credits for damaged or defective merchandise.
- Perform other duties as assigned: Stay flexible and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School diploma or GED: A basic education requirement for this position.
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a performance-based or metric-driven environment.
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment: A strong understanding of performance metrics and targets.
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills: Excellent communication and data entry skills to effectively interact with customers and manage customer data.
