Job Description

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support, primarily through email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with efficiency and empathy. You'll also participate in regular team meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas and staying up-to-date with company processes and products. Additionally, you'll be expected to master company-specific tools and software, continuously improving your technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
