Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Supply Chain or Logistics leadership, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience with supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics execution
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient use of Order Processing and Replenishment systems and reporting
  • APICS Certification, Black or Green Belt, Lean Sigma Certification, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems, including SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • A sense of urgency, flexibility, and accountability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • An enterprise thinker, with the ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs
  • Proven planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
