Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Supply Chain or Logistics leadership, with a proven track record of success
- Experience with supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics execution
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient use of Order Processing and Replenishment systems and reporting
- APICS Certification, Black or Green Belt, Lean Sigma Certification, or equivalent
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems, including SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- A sense of urgency, flexibility, and accountability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
