Job Summary

As a TurboTax Product Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to blithequark customers, answering their questions and concerns about TurboTax products and tax return software. You will work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to build your own hours. With a minimum of 20 hours per week required, you can choose to work more if you wish. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark customers, answering their questions and concerns about TurboTax products and tax return software

• Work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to build your own hours
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless customer support
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of TurboTax products and tax return software
• Articulate solutions clearly and empathetically, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Participate in certification programs to become a TurboTax Product Expert, earning a $405 bonus upon completion
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
