Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Response Agent, you will be responsible for managing our communication with clients, ensuring timely and effective responses to their queries, and providing exceptional support to help them achieve their goals. Some of the key tasks you will be working on include:

• Answering messages from our ads with a response time of less than 1 business day (during business hours on weekdays, this should be less than 1 hour)
• Organizing messages in inbox and tracker with proper status
• Nurturing any leads generated to make sure they convert based on the optimal conversion event for the client
• Monitoring comments and addressing customer questions (based on the client's chosen package)
• Adding and/or updating existing FAQs and response templates to fit the client's needs
• Providing reports or insights with customer behavior in messages and adding suggestions on what could be improved

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• Proactive and attentive approach to work
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities
• Sales experience (nice to have but not required)
• Open to any educational background
• Residing in the Philippines (with a preference for Cebu)

Preferred Qualifications
