Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and provide personalized support
  • Helping customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering systems
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work in a collaborative call center environment, using world-class technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate of $24 to $28 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential.
