Job Overview

This is a seasonal role, spanning from September to December 19th, 2025, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm US PST, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. As a Customer Success Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely resolutions to their queries and concerns through various support channels, including email, live chat, inbound and outbound phone calls. Your goal will be to ensure that our clients have an outstanding experience, from event planning to execution, and that they feel supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service and quick resolutions to client queries and concerns through various support channels
  • Troubleshoot event-related problems that arise, including event changes and payment issues
  • Recommend specific events to clients that fit their wants, needs, and budget, using internal tools to facilitate the purchasing process
  • Answer questions about events, providing detailed information to help clients make informed decisions
  • Triage and manage inbound requests, prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient use of time
  • Escalate and coordinate with other teams internally, as well as with event hosts, as necessary
  • Offer post-purchase event assistance for existing reservations, ensuring that clients receive ongoing support

Essential Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Customer Service and/or Operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Experience with customer service ticketing systems, such as Hubspot, Zendesk, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with event planning and coordination, including virtual and in-person events, and various video conferencing software
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges of scaling a successful business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the events industry, with a deep understanding of event planning and coordination
  • Familiarity with blithequark's platform and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve client experiences
