Your Role

As an Experienced Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a portfolio of high-value accounts, including Fortune 500 companies and leading Corporate Strategy and Innovation groups
  • Driving customer adoption and retention through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and data-driven insights
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Developing and executing account plans to drive growth and expansion
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
  • Providing thought leadership and expertise to customers on blithequark's products and services
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

What You Bring to the Table

* Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, economics, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in account management and/or customer success, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
  • Expertise in Excel, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and other business intelligence tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to customers and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to formulate solutions that deliver real business value
  • Ability to establish credibility with key customer decision-makers and influencers
  • Comfort with negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and assignments simultaneously
