About the Role

As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving adoption, retention, and expansion for our product. You'll serve as the customer's trusted advisor and product expert, hosting training, onboarding, and working sessions to educate our customers and uncover new use cases for our platform. You'll also help build the foundations of Customer Success at blithequark, working closely with our Sales team to realize successful renewals and expansions.

What You'll Achieve

As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Drive onboarding, adoption, utilization, and growth in our existing customer base by owning specific customer accounts
  • Proactively identify customers who aren't maximizing their opportunity with our product/service and create an action plan to help them achieve success
  • Partner with the Account Management team on marquee Mid-Market accounts to expand use cases and create stickier customers
  • Learn our product inside and out and help your customers drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with our Sales team to realize successful renewals and expansions
  • Innovate and iterate on Customer Success programs to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction
  • Surface opportunities to expand existing accounts when it's right for the customer
  • Document and share key findings/learnings with the broader blithequark organization

Skills You'll Need to Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Ability to build Customer Success playbooks and new processes based on learnings
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to solve customer problems creatively
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced and foundational team

Nice to Haves

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience as a first or early hire at a fast-growing startup
  • Strong technical chops
  • Experience using blithequark (or similar all-in-one workspace platforms)

Benefits and Perks

We offer highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York, the estimated range for total on-target earnings (including base salary and on-target incentive pay) for this role is $140,000-$170,000.
