Job Summary

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
  • Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping experiences
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Technical Support Specialist (CTSS))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
