About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers who have billing-related inquiries or concerns. Your exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to thoroughly investigate each issue, identify the root cause, and develop effective solutions that are fair, reasonable, and in the best interest of both our customers and blithequark. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will allow you to clearly explain the resolution to our customers, address any questions or concerns they may have, and negotiate and authorize billing settlements that are mutually beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve billing issues and complaints in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
  • Identify solutions that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations
  • Negotiate and authorize billing settlements that are fair, reasonable, and in the best interest of both our customers and blithequark
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our billing processes, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex billing issues and improve our overall customer experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Utilize computer software and systems to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex billing issues, identify the root cause, and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Ability to clearly explain resolutions to customers, address questions and concerns, and negotiate and authorize billing settlements
  • Ability to work in a remote environment: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, and maintain productivity and focus
  • Ability to work with computer software and systems: Ability to utilize various software applications and systems to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a billing or financial environment
  • Knowledge of billing processes, policies, and procedures
  • Experience with computer software and systems, such as CRM or billing systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
