About the Job
As a dedicated local driver for blithequark, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our customers. Your typical day will involve coming into our terminal in Liverpool, NY, and running approximately 600 miles per day, doing drop and hook work for dedicated customers. You will be returning back to the terminal and home every day, ensuring a stable and predictable schedule. Our trucks are equipped with the latest technology, including 2014 or newer Freightliners and Western Stars, providing you with a comfortable and reliable ride.

- $1,200 - $1,500 total weekly avg. pay
- 3,000 - 3,250 avg. miles per week
- Dedicated, Line Haul
- Day shift
- No Driver Load/Unload
Home Time
* 5 days on, 2 days off
- Home every weekend

Core Responsibilities
* Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
- Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
- Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
Hiring Requirements
* Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 12 months Tractor Trailer experience
