Job Summary
As a full stack data scientist at blithequark, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data analysis and machine learning models to extract insights from large datasets. You will work closely with our clinical research team to develop and execute research studies, and will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting results to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement advanced data analysis and machine learning models to extract insights from large datasets
- Work closely with our clinical research team to develop and execute research studies

Essential Qualifications

- Strong understanding of statistical testing and machine learning algorithms
- Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- 5+ years of experience in data science or a related field
- Experience with EMR/health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets
- Familiarity with clinical data principles, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies
- Experience with GCP and regulatory compliance rules for RWE studies or clinical trials
- Experience with alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection
- Experience with trial design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, and computational insights
- Familiarity with insights and AI strategies, and ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills
