Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Coordinator at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, support, and engagement. You will be responsible for coordinating customer-facing activities, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate customer-facing activities, including events, webinars, and workshops

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives and projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform customer experience strategies
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experience
  • Work closely with the customer experience team to develop and implement customer experience strategies
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer experience tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a similar industry or with similar products and services

  • Knowledge of customer experience frameworks, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) or Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Certification in customer experience, such as Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
